What happens after you order
- You get a confirmation email straight away with your order number and the dispatch date on it.
- Books are dispatched from 16 October 2026, the day after the Safety Summit. You get a second email with tracking the day yours goes out.
- New Zealand delivery is included and takes two to four working days on a tracked courier once the book is dispatched. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer.
- If you are coming to the Summit, do not preorder. Your signed copy is handed to you on the day and it is already in your ticket.

Questions people ask
When will I get it?
Books are dispatched from 16 October 2026 and New Zealand delivery takes two to four working days after that on a tracked courier. Rural can be a day or two longer.
Am I paying now or when it ships?
Now. Payment is taken when you place the order and that is what holds your copy from the first print run.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Cancel any time before your book is dispatched and I refund you in full. Simply reply to your confirmation email and tell me.
I have got a Summit ticket. Should I preorder?
No. Thanks for asking rather than double paying. Every person in the room on 15 October gets a signed copy at the close and it is included in your ticket.
Can I get an invoice for a bulk order?
Yes. The five, ten and twenty packs all check out by card. If your organisation needs a proper invoice with a PO number on it simply reach out at matt@advancedsafety.co.nz and I will send one.
Is there an ebook?
Not yet. The paperback comes first and I would rather build the ebook properly than rush a bad one out on launch day. Tell me where to reach you and I will let you know when it is ready.
