Recertification due and a seat to cover
Civtec's ISO 45001 recertification was coming up and it needed someone to own health and safety while it found the right person for the role. The work had to cover:
- Getting the system ready for the recertification audit
- Holding the day-to-day health and safety work
- Finding and onboarding the right health and safety resource
- Keeping governance support in place for the board
Governance support, then the seat itself when it was needed, then back to governance support once the new lead was in.
