Duncan runs two processing plants and wanted an independent check on how its health and safety system was working on the plant floor as well as on paper. The work had to cover:
- Testing the system against what was really happening on site
- Checking progress since the previous review
- Bringing every finding into one place, ready for an owner and a date
- A clear set of priorities for the leadership team
