An empty seat and a system that still had to hold
Enatel was between health and safety managers and the work didn't stop while it recruited. It needed:
- A clear, independent picture of where its health and safety system really stood
- Someone on the ground who could carry the day-to-day work and keep improvements moving
- Its ISO 9001 certification protected through the gap
- A clean handover to whoever took the seat next
